The problem with AI in business
Every prompt sent to ChatGPT or Claude potentially contains sensitive data
Training risk
Your data may be used to train AI models, exposing your confidential information.
GDPR non-compliance
Sending personal data (names, emails) to US servers potentially violates GDPR.
Secret leaks
Client names, contract amounts, strategies... everything can leak through your prompts.
How anonymization works
A simple 3-step process, fully automated
You write
Write your prompt normally with all the information you need
Local anonymization
The app automatically detects and replaces sensitive data on your PC
Secure AI
Only the anonymized prompt is sent. The response is de-anonymized locally.
See the difference
What you write
Write a payment reminder email to Marie Martin (m.martin@client-xyz.com) about invoice F-2024-0892 for $127,500, overdue since January 15th.
What's sent to AI
Write a payment reminder email to [PERSON_1] ([EMAIL_1]) about invoice [REF_1] for [AMOUNT_1], overdue since [DATE_1].
The AI response is automatically de-anonymized with the real values
Automatically detected data
The app recognizes and anonymizes over 15 types of sensitive data

Frequently asked questions
How does anonymization work technically?
The app uses named entity recognition (NER) algorithms and regex patterns to detect sensitive data. Processing happens entirely on your computer, with no external connection. Data is replaced with unique tokens that enable de-anonymization after the AI responds.
What types of data are detected?
People's names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, IBANs, social security numbers, dates, amounts, company names, document references, and more. You can also define your own custom patterns.
How does de-anonymization work?
Each anonymized piece of data is associated with a unique token (e.g., [PERSON_1]). When the AI responds with that token, the app automatically replaces it with the original value. Everything happens locally—the mapping is never sent to a server.
What platforms is the app available on?
The desktop app is available on Windows and macOS. A Linux version is in development. Anonymization works with all models available on iaiaz (Claude, GPT-5, Gemini, Mistral).
Does the app work offline?
Anonymization and de-anonymization work entirely offline. Only sending the anonymized prompt to AI requires an internet connection.
Is anonymization included in the subscription?
The anonymization app is included in Business Pro at $9.90/employee/month. It's not available with the standard Business plan.
